How long is the Fall 2017 session?

Classes start Tuesday, Sept. 5 and run until Friday, Dec. 22.

Do you have class passes available?

You bet I do!!

You can buy a 5-class pass ($95) or a 10-class pass ($180). These passes allow you into any of the pilates mat classes or barre workouts. They have a 6-month expiry.

What if I have an injury?

Great friggin question!

Let me know beforehand what’s going on and we can discuss what will be best for you:)

Can I drop into a Reformer class?

Unfortunately no.

These classes are pre-registered. However, if you’d like to try a reformer class, please contact me & I will set you up!

What's the most economical way to sign up?

If you buy a 5-class pass, classes are $19/each & a 10-class pass makes each class $18.  Drop-ins are $20

Class passes are more flexible and great for those people who travel a lot.

This does not apply to reformer or Pilates machine classes as they are pre-registration only.

How can I pay for the classes?

Easy!

You can pay via paypal below or etransfer or show up with cash or a cheque:)

What if I want to hire you for private sessions?

AWESOME!

What do classes cost?

It’s varied.

Reformer classes are $30/class pre-registered. A 5-Class pass is $19/class, a 10-Class pass is $18/class. Drop-ins are $20.

Group Personal Training (SHRED & Women on Weights) is $40/class 1x a week or $30/class 2x week.

Can I just do a drop-in?

For sure!

You can drop into any pilates mat class or barre workout. Drop-ins are $20. Reformer classes are not available for drop-ins

What if I'm a beginner?

Not a problem! Just let me know I will let you know exactly what to expect! My classes are multi-levelled and appropriate for all fitness levels.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Barre Workout: Instant Booty Lift! Just one of the major benefits of a Barre Workout. This fun, exercise to music class works every single muscle in your body using a combination of postures inspired by ballet, Yoga & Pilates. Utilizing the barre, the exercises focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of upper body exercises. And don’t worry! We leave lots of time for targeted core work on the mats. No dance experience or fitness experience required. Great for all fitness levels.

Pilates Mat Class: Feel like you found the fountain of youth with Fawn’s pilates mat classes! The classes will challenge your core while improving your posture & increasing your flexibility. Reduce stress, condition the body & create long, lean muscles all while using your body & small props for extra challenge.Great for all fitness levels and experience.

BARRE Bootcamp: All the fun of Barre Workout PLUS more cardio exercises to ensure your workout is a sweaty one;)  You will work every single muscle in your body using a combination of exercises inspired by ballet, Yoga & Pilates & Boot Camp. Trust me…you will LOVE it! No dance experience or fitness experience required. Great for all fitness levels.

Pilates Reformer/Machines: Utilize all of the pilates machines in this class focused on increasing your strength, flexibility, balance & mobility. Great for all fitness levels and experience. 3 people max to a class. 

Pilates Machines for Active Aging:  Created for clients 60+, this class provides a workout that is safe and effective, good for the heart but gentle on the joints. Harnessing the resistance of the reformer, the tower and the stability chair each class engages the entire body focusing on muscle tone & endurance, balance and functional strength. 

SHRED Group Personal Training: Small group training at its finest! Maximum benefits from this program designed to improve your strength, cardio & muscle tone! 4 people max to ensure individual attention. Use medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, & more to improve your overall fitness in a large, private studio. Open to men AND women!

Women on Weights: Group Personal Training for women only. Specifically designed for the female physique, build strength & muscle tone while losing fat! Improve your cardio, strength & flexibility! Using all the tools (medicine balls, dumbbells, exercising tubing, etc.) in a private studio with like-minded women! 5 women max to each class.
