When you work with Fawn, you get the whole package: Meal planning, goal setting, help with scheduling, and accountability. The goal is to devise a sustainable, do-able plan that works with your lifestyle. One that you feel successful with. Whether your focus is on fat loss, cardio-Conditioning, strength training or a combination, Fawn strives to make your sessions as effective as possible.
Sessions can be done in person or entirely online via Skype.

HOW CAN I WORK WITH FAWN?
Work with me privately to reach your health & fitness goals. After an initial assessment to check your posture, strength, mobility & flexibility, we will work together to set a program that best meets your needs. Train in a large, private studio 1, 2 or 3x a week. Clients who get the best results train with me at least 2x a week.
Group Personal Training
Join a group personal training program! Classes are kept small (4 max) to ensure proper form & individual needs are met. Have fun, be social and save money! Group classes give a big bang for the buck as classes are less expensive than individual training. Click here for the Fall 2017 schedule of group personal training classes.
Group Fitness Classes
Join a Pilates Mat Class or a Barre Workout class! Classes are held 6 days a week and are super fun & VERY effective! Click here for the schedule of classes! Drop-in or purchase a 5 or 10 class pass!
SET UP YOUR SESSIONS TODAY!
Here’s how it works. You commit to 1x, 2x or 3x a week for 3 months. It takes 12 weeks for you to really notice results and to make exercise a habit and that’s what you want….results! Your first session is an assessment to check your posture, flexibility, strength & mobility. Then we work out according to your goals and assessment. You are billed monthly for your sessions. We can work out at my private studio or at The Gym on Bowen. Whatever your goal, I can help you achieve them safely & efficiently.
With over 20 years experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor & pilates instructor, Fawn is a highly skilled trainer with a very keen eye. She brings her 20 years of knowledge to each & every client.
Fawn is well-known for creating efficient programs that get her clients results. She challenges you to do your best without feeling like you don’t know what you’re doing. Clients love her positive & can-do attitude & always feel energized & uplifted after her classes and sessions.
Fawn has been involved in fitness her whole life. Whether it was taking dance classes or gymnastics as a kid, teaching aerobics for her PE classes in elementary & high school, she’s been constantly moving. Fawn began lifting weights at age 16 and has never looked back. She is a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, pilates instructor & most recently, a barre instructor.
Fawn has done it all in the fitness industry. She founded & ran a small gym in her community for 9 years, she’s participated in 2 Tough Mudders, has run 1/2 marathons and competed as a figure athlete 3x, winning 1st place in the Masters Category at age 40. She now owns & operates a beautiful studio in Artisan Square on Bowen Island (Fawn Gill Fitness) where she teaches her classes & trains clients.
